Your fighting sequence was okay but the talking was very long and not very exciting. I'm guessing you used a camera for the visuals, but using a digital camera will allow for more frames and therefore, better animation. And rather than showing the back wall of your family room, create an interactive environment. Plus your pictures aren't very clear. If you used a flash, just turn on as many lights as you can and use the camera normally without any flash. That should be an improvement.
